Turn on the sauna via the touch screen controller and set temperature (up to 170°F). Allow 10-20 minutes to heat up. Enter and sit on the ergonomic cedar bench. Keep sessions between 15-30 minutes. Stay hydrated before and after. Please note that infrared saunas are for indoor use only.
